The apartment is located in the peaceful village of Madregolo, within the municipality of Collecchio, and is easily accessible from Via Emilia or the A1 Parma Ovest exit. It is situated about 5 km from the center of Collecchio and 15 km from Parma. Via del Borgo, which gives the name to Residenza Borgo 9, is a charming little hamlet with a few homes, reachable from both Via Roma, the main road, and Strada Chiesa. The latter can also be accessed on foot via a walking path and features a large green area with playground equipment for children, making it an ideal spot for relaxing outdoors. Continuing along Strada Chiesa leads to the picturesque Pieve di Madregolo, which serves as the starting point for various marked trails that lead to the Taro River Regional Park. Parking, when available, is close to the residence, but free parking is always an option on Via Roma or Strada Chiesa, both just a few meters from the apartment.
